Giveaway Details Sunny 101.3 and AM 1230 KTNC are giving away a Snapper 250Z mower this summer. The contest registration will begin on May 26, 2008 and end on September 23, 2008. The winner will be drawn from a random drawing of all entrants on September 24th 2008. Listen to Sunny 101.3 or KTNC and check the websites for the locations to register to win this great prize! Sunny 101.3 and KTNC Official Rules Snap Up A Snapper Giveaway Sunny 101.3 and AM 1230 KTNC 1. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this giveaway. 2. Only one sign-up per person per qualifying appearance OR only one sign up per person per day at each participating Major Sponsor location. 3. Registrants must only sign up themselves, (no registering for other relatives, neighbors, etc.) 4. Only complete registrations on the official entry blank will be eligible. 5. The contest registration will begin on May 26, 2008 and end on September 23, 2008. 6. The actual winner will be drawn from a random drawing of all entrants on September 24th 2008. This event will be broadcast on SUNNY 101.3 FM and AM 1230 KTNC beginning at approximately 7:35 AM. When the name is drawn it will be read on the air and that person will win the Snapper mower. If the original name drawn does not meet eligibility requirements or if the person is unable to claim the prize, another name will be drawn. 7. Employees and immediate family members of KNZA Inc. are not eligible to participate in this giveaway promotion. Nor are employees or immediate family members of any Major Sponsor. 8. KNZA Inc. reserves the right to change or modify these rules. Any such change will be announced on the air and all KNZA Inc. stations will have a written copy along with the original rules available at each studio site and on each station website. 9. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, fees and incidentals not specifically provided. The winner will be required to provide his/her social security number for tax reporting purposes on a W-4 tax form, and are responsible for any local, state and federal taxes applicable. 10. All participants as a condition of entry release KNZA Inc., its sponsors and advertisers from any and all liability arising out of participation in the giveaway, acceptance of prize and including operation of the mower after its possession by the grand prize winner. 11. All participants as a condition of entry release their name, voice, and likeness and or picture to KNZA Inc. and its affiliates for promotional purposes and shall do so without further compensation. 12. By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and decisions regarding any aspect of the giveaway by KNZA Inc. are final.
